Mobile Oral Care for Veterans
I proudly provide Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) dental hygiene services to eligible veterans, with a strong focus on comfortable, stress-free mobile care for those who find it difficult to attend a dental clinic.
Most routine dental hygiene and non-surgical periodontal services are fully claimable under DVA for Gold Card holders. I work with:
DVA Gold Card holdersVeterans with mobility, medical, or anxiety-related barriersVeterans living at home, in retirement villages, or supported accommodationVeterans who prefer care delivered in their own environment
Home visits remove the stress of travel and make ongoing oral health care much easier to maintain.

Services covered by DVA
- Eligible DVA patients may receive fully claimable services, including:
- Periodic oral examinations
- Removal of plaque, stain, and calculus
- Non-surgical periodontal therapy
- Periodontal charting and monitoring
- Supportive periodontal maintenance
- Oral hygiene instruction and tailored advice
- Desensitising and remineralising treatments
- All care is provided within my professional scope and in line with DVA Dental Schedule guidelines.
- What Is Not Covered
- Some items are not claimable under DVA or fall outside a dental hygienist’s scope, including:
- Restorative dental work
- Surgical procedures
- Dentures, crowns, or extractions
- Internal tooth whitening
- Travel fees for mobile visits
- *Any private fees (such as travel) are always discussed upfront, with full transparency before treatment.
